Julie Lum, DMD
Dr. Lum grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston and the home of the American revolution. She attended Smith College in Northampton, MA and graduated with a major in Biochemisty. Prior to dental school, Dr. Lum participated in research with the division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at New England Medical Center and the Antioxidant Laboratory in the Human Nutrition Research Center in Boston, MA.
Dr. Lum continued her interest in research during dental school while attending Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Her interest in research enabled her to present at the 82nd IADR/AADR/CADR meeting in Honolulu, HI. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Lum worked in private practice. She is excited to be living in the West Coast. She spends her free time practicing martial arts, hiking and training her puppy, Stella.
